Hello i just got my dvd burner and i want to convert my dvix anime to dvd i have had no problem in the past converting to vcd but every time i try in tmpeg to convert my divx anime to mpeg2/dvd format i get little grey cubes all accross the pictuer mostly when there is alot of movment when i watch the finished product in windows media player. i dont want to burn it yet to see if the same thing happens when i play on my dvd player, dvds are not very cheap:)
here are some of the configerations i have used in tmpeg project wizard:
cbr mpeg-1 layer II audio{mp2}
video typep:non-interlaced
field order:topfield first(field A)
aspect ratio:4:3 525 line(NTSC)
content of video:video movie
i set the source range
clicked noise reduction
other settings:
(video tab)
rate control mode:2 pass vbr
(advanced tab)
video arrange method:full screen(keep aspect ratio)
i have done it many times without nise reduction or in a different rate control mode ect ect. does anyone have any idea what i am doing wrong?
