Does anyone Know a Good AVS Script for converting Captured Pal to 29.97fps NTSC?

Hi Guys, Does any of you want to share a good AVS script (version AviSynth 2.52) to convert from captured PAL 25fps 352x220 (after adding border to top and bottom) to NTSC 29.97fps 352x240 VCD ?

With so low resolution no much place for tricks with interlace, doubleframerate and similar. Probably best (and simple) solution is to use ConvertFps(29.97) plus resize of course.
If you can capture at full vertical PAL res (352x576) there is solution with much better quality.
