Well, after I edit, add transitions, etc., I save the project file, and when I reopen it...
1)every file in the Project Window is now named "-1.*" (*=avi/prtl/...)
2)the timeline has the green line wherever it has been rendered before, but in the timeline there are no tracks! And of course it doesn't play anything (sometimes it plays the beginning of the project I saved before, but again it shows nothing at the timeline and it freezed shortly after.

Does anyone has any idea on how to solve it?!?I can't save a project and continue it the next day!the only way to finish it, is to work till it;s done so then I export it, but again the saved project file is unusuable

I've also had this problem once or twice - but I'm sorry I can't tell how I solved it.
I think it went away after I changed the default temp and save locations in Premiere.

Try rebuilding your Premiere preferences file by holding down Shift and Control while you start up Premiere. You'll know the preferences file has been rebuilt because when Premiere finishes starting up, it will ask you whether you want to use A/B editing or single track editing, like it did when you first installed it.

After that, go into preferences and re-specify your scratch disks and capture folders. If those folders/disks are different than the defaults, you need to shut down Premiere and restart it again for the changes to take effect.

Then try to load your project again.

Well I solved the problem a while ago, but I figured many people may need the solution. It's a program called PreFix, which reads the original project file and makes a new one, fixed. Here's the link:
