I've tried to convert SVCD to DVD. It worked fine however in one case I have a problem. BeSweet Gui made the conversion to mp2 however Maestro authoring program did not want to accept the file. I've made wav and this worked fine with Maestro but the file size it 10 time biger. If I redo the mp2 from wav it dose not work either.
What shell I do?
Thanks

I know two easy ways to solve this problem:

1. convert mp2 to ac3 for Maestro (M2V/MPA + AC3 is accepted) or
2. encode (with the assistent) your original MPEG2 - file with TMPEG to DVD -> result MPEG (in DVD styl) with sound, use this file with TMPEG Author -> VOB,IFO,BUP

LOL ... the DVD specs clearly do allow MP2 Stereo audio in DVDs, however, neither the players seem to be able to read it nor will the authoring tools accept it ... :D

As already answered above, your only chance it to reencode the WAV to AC 3 Stereo ...
