There are many tools to perform this.Of this The Virtual Dub variations is the easy ones.You have to just load the avi and select the audio in audio menu.For more read the VirtualDub/Virtual Dub Mod Guides here:here (http://www.doom9.org/virtualdub_procedures.htm)
