hi there,

my tv set is connencted to the vga via the so called vivo-cable plus a composite extension. however the tv set is not recognized and does not out put a thing.

i have tried different versions of display drivers. with most of them, i dont even get the 'nview' entry in the display properties even after activating nview in the tray icon. instead, there is an entry 'display adjustments'. even if there is an 'nview' enntry and even if a select 'force recognition of tv' or push the button 'recognize display' (these are my translations!) nothing changes.

i am at a complete loss how to proceede. i'd love to be able to go back to g'old matrox g400 but I need the card for 3d modelling.

please, give me hint.

yours,kilg0r3

This page helped me a lot when setting up my nVidia card on my TV.

Sounds like you need to enable Clone mode like I did. But still there should be a least some picture on the screen. What operating system you using as well? WinXP is easier to setup than 2000.

But check the above page and let us know if you still have a problem.

i am sooo sutpid!

i connected the monitor to the dvi which i thought to be the priemary display and hence independent from the tv-out.:o
