Hi there!

Actually 0.28.6.1 GK version crash just when I select "Mp3 custom Parameters" (after selecting the audio file I want to customize the transcoding parameters)

I'm using W98 Second Edition (Spanish) (yes...it's old but it always worked!)

Is there any way to solve it?

Thanks in advance!

I had the same problem with an older version (0.26 or 0.27). I think it helped to do the mp3 encoding from within robot4rip. After that I could do it from GKnot, too.
But actually the problem disappeard after upgrading to 0.2x.1.

I remember fixing that a while ago, as JensG mentioned.
I obviously don't have a chance to test it on win98, but I can suggest the following:
make sure that in the comboboxes for lame and azid there are no empty lines. You can manually delete those empty lines from registry by going to HKCU/Software/GordianKnot and then look for PresetAzid and PresetLame keys...

Hi-

Please don't cross post, goauld. I deleted the other one.

Thanks.

I've worked around the problem ....

1.- I did't select "Mp3 custom Parameters" (I selected just VBR)
2.- I started to code the movie (first the audio and then stoped the coding...just to avoid waste time)
3.- Close gordian knot
4.- Started Gordian Knot again and I've already can use "Mp3 custom Parameters"

Thx
