hi all.
now I have ghost in the shell: stand alone complex R2 DVD.
it's about 40% film + 60% ntsc
how should I ivtc it and encode it to SVCD?
imo the proper way of ivtc hybrids is to make it 120fps
but it's not possible in svcd encoding
so what should I do ? :(
