highlight mask rip

I want to rip highlight masks from a vob.
Which apps can rip it off ?

Personally, I know very little of highlight masks. I've done some reading on how they're used to control the color of highlights, but mostly from a perspective of working with film prints. Someone might bop right in here with your information soon, but in the meantime, why don't you post a few more details on what you're trying to accomplish, and why. I'm in the dark(room)! :) This thread might actually do better in General Discussion where it could be viewed by some of the members that don't visit Noobs that often. If there's no reponse in a couple of days, we'll move it to that forum, but let's hope for the best in the meantime.

Highlight mask r exactly the same as subtitles in the main movie so u can rip them the same way.

I personally use subrip and choose to rip the vts_0x_0.vob that contains them in the bmp mode. This way I am disgarding the timecode control file that I don't need and I am keeping only the bmps.
