DIF4U shows only one title set only (main movie)

Hey guys I just made two "movie only" dvds with the big 3 with great success. The results are great and I won't ever use anything else. But now I'm attempting to make a "full" dvd backup. The first thing I did was create an ISO of the whole dvd. Second, when I load DIF4U it only displays one title set (main movie). Other title sets wont display, no extras at all. I double checked the ISO and it is complete (well it is missing a large title extra I deleted beforehand).
In other words there is more than just the main movie. Does anyone know the solution? Your help is greatly appreciated.

Your question is a bit confusing - you want a full backup, but you've already deleted a large title extra? Did you look at the overall DVD structure beforehand? Sometimes the file you delete has a LOT to do with how the DVD structure works. Try it again without deleting the extra VTS and tell us if DIF4U shows you more than one Title Set.

How did you deleted your extra?

It's not as easy as just removing the files.... if thats what you did, your structure is messed up and you probably will have problems
