Chapter names for PAL DVDs

Does anyone know of a source for chapter names for PAL Region 2 DVDs.

I used to use ChapterGragger but this doesn't seem to work any more :(

I don't know of a site featuring pal dvd chapters,
but chaptergrabber is working fine for me.
Did you update to the latest version?
