I'm trying to create a backup from a dvd called "Neuken doe je zo". The dutch people know the program and dvd i think.

To find out how i had to encode the video is used bitrateviewer.

The program told me :

Field topfirst: No
DCT type: Field
Quantscale: Nonlinear
Scan type: Alternate
Frame type: Interlaced

So i changed the setting in DoCCE4u to :

Top Field first : Checked
Alternate scanning

But when i play it in my standalone it looks worthless, the image is shaky.

Where did i go wrong??

try using restream to change the field order so you dont have to transcode all over again and in the future you might want to post in the right forum...this should go into the DVD Authoring forum not this forum :D
