Using DVDDecrypter ripped my copy of ‘Midway’ (an event significant to my younger years).
Then with DVD Shrink 3 made a movie only version. In IfoEdit, I selected Play (the Ifo) but got ‘No valid DVD Video Volume’. However it played Ok in PowerDVD. I then checked the original ripped Ifo’s getting the same effect. Have searched these forums for info on above error, no result.
Would appreciate information on whether this could affect Playback capability on standalones.

Hi Oz80, and welcome to these forums :D
Your question is the same I asked in my first post, so now it's my turn to give an answer.
It's OK, you get that message in IFOEdit when you click Play and you have no DVD in your drive. However, after closing the alert window, you'll notice that you can play your movie with IFOEdit.
So don't worry, I think it's gonna be OK in a standalone ;)

Thanks Dave for your Info.
-Of course it makes complete sense now, 'No DVD in the drive'!
What a great bunch of helpful fellows in this forum.
