VTS_01_0.BUP
VIDEO_TS.VOB
VTS_01_0.IFO

VTS_02_0.IFO
VTS_01_0.VOB ---> VTS_01_4.VOB

I have separately prepare 3 (third) audio stream which also in ac3-format.

Im looking for FAQ, how can I put one more Audio-stream in few steps?

Your audio needs to be "Muxed" into the VOBs. One way of doing this is:

1. In Ifoedit click on your PGCITI and then in the menu "Save Celltimes text"
2. In VobEdit Demux all streams (near the bottom - mark what you want to keep)
3. Open IfoEdit and in the menu DVD AUTOR / Author new DVD
4. Add your Video and all your audio streams in the first two boxes
5. Add your Celltimes.txt that you saved before
6. Move this new VOBset to the original folder and import the menu commands with Menu / "merge menu tables"
7. Copy the commands from the old IFO - VTS_PGCITI / PGC_1 to the new manually

Subtitles will probably get lost on the way...
