xvid devapi4 CVS 01/09/2003

Hi,

I installed this build to test devapi4 and what will be Xvid 1.0, but i see that there's no way to use 1 pass Quality based, only Single pass (CBR) and two pass are allowed. Is this because f the beta status or this will desappear in the Xvid 1.0? I hope not because that's what i normally use :(

dev-api-4 isn't out for public testing yet, so i'll simply close this thread as this build is unsupported.
