Encoding quality graph software ?

Some times ago I found a software which analyzes a DVD and display a graph about its encoded rates.

I lost it, and I don't remember the name of the software... Does some of you remember it ?

gspot shows encoded rates, but its not a graph. Are you talking about graphedit?

No, not graphedit.
It was a simple windows application, with a graph, on X there was the time of the chapter and on Y there was the bitrate, the encoding rate....

Errrrr, I'm sure I don't explain too well... Damn me and my english...

No, it was a simple soft that check only DVD drive...
But this one make the same things...
