2 Versions of Avisynth???

Is it possible to have 2 versions of avisynth on the computer?I currently am using the latest Gknot pack and am also using Moviestacker for Kvcd making.Moviestacker will only use Avisynth version 2.0.x but the new gknot comes with 2.5.x.Is it possible to use 2 versions?Or would I have to instal Avisynth 2.0.x over the one in the lastest Gknot pack?
