I'm trying to find a way to bypass all the middle man apps/steps
and was thinking there must be a plugin that can read the .ts file
directly and frame serve it to VD/VDM in a format they can read.

is there?

is there any plugin that can read .ts directly?

I guess what i want is a plugin for Avisynth that is called

hdtvtoyv12 :)

If not can some post a script that they use to get .ts into VD/VDM using Avysynth.

thanks

thank you but don't you have to first run the .ts through dvd2avi to make a d2v?

if so then there is no way to read .ts directly?

sounds like it is time for mpeg2dec3 to get some of the core code from dvd2avi
or HDTVtompeg2 so it can :)

yeah yeah total noob here with my just purchased MyHd 120 card lol
