New virtualdub compatability w/ 5.1?

I see that there is a new virtual dub.. has anyone tried this version with Divx 5.1?.... any problems?... no problems?

Is it worth the upgrade if the current version works for me..?

yah i knew about that already.. (shouldve stated that in my post orginally--saved you some time).. i want to know if anyone has tried it and seen it work with no real problems.
