Is there anyway I can convert an .ogm file into DVD format. I have some .ogm files containing 2 audios and 1 subtitle. I only want to keep one audio and the subs and make a DVD out of them.

use virtualdubmod to demux the ogm into the needed avi video stream/audio/subtitles etc...

Well I got VirtualDubMod and I can save the video as an AVI but it doesn't have any audio or subs.

in virtualdubmod, after loading your ogm, go to the streams menu and select stream list. in there you will find the audio and subtitle streams (if there are any)
you can then manually demux them from that window.
once you have the .ogg files, you have to convert them to dvd audio.

i beleive you can use winamp on file writing mode, or ogg drop xp to decode the ogg to wav, then load your avi and wav into tmpeg to convert and mux them to dvd format.

you might get audio desynch, in that case i have no clue what to do.

Using VDubMod:
1- Streams.
2- Stream list.
3- Right click on the audio stream that do you want to decode and select "Full processing mode".
4- Save WAV.

Well I can save audio as a wav and then turn video into avi. But in streams list there are no subs. I can I can just use Substitle Filter in regular VirtualDub to add them to the avi.
