Hello everyone,
first of all, sorry for my english (if I make mistakes :-) )...
I have got the PC Game Enter The Matrix and at the moment I am trying to rip the cutscenes from that game. Getting the video and audio files was not a big problem. I found the *.avi files in the game directory. These files have no sound. The sound files were in the same directory. They are *.adx files. I managed to convert them to *.wav with an extra tool called "Enter The Matrix Sound Manager v1.01". Then I compressed the audio files to mp3 with EAC and Lame Encoder.
Now I want to mux the audio and video files (direct stream copy). I tried VDubMod and I got an *.avi file that is fine in the beginning but gets out of sync towards the end. The problem occurs with every cutscene which are not so long. Towards the end of a file the video plays before the audio (I hope you understand what I mean).
What can I do to get a file without sync probs? Can anyone help me, please? I read a lot of stuff in this forum and on the main page but I haven't been successfull at all.
BTW, the resulting files can be MPEG2 also, as I want to burn the cutscenes as SVCD...
