This one is driving me mad :

When using Koepi's XviD 2002.10.04 codec, everything works fine, but when using the 2003.06.24 release I get violation access within xvid.dll !

I slightly modified the FU encoder code by comparing it to VDub, but nothing does !

Could that be related to XviD bugs ? Even then, why would it work in VDub and not in FU ? The only difference I see might be that FU's input is fixed to an I420 color space while VDub can handle any color space.

EDIT : full integration of VDub's VideoSequenceCompressor class doesn't change anything.

Perhaps this could help you:

(i've progressively modified VDub using parts of my app, you could try this way too until you obtain the access violation).

I'll wait for the next stable release, since this seems to be related to an XVID bug. Integration of the FU code within VDub would be too long and too complex (at least for me).

Thanks,
