cant rip Jackass!!

Ive been using dvd2svcd for a month now and it works great.But when i try to rip the movie Jackass it just wont do it.my dvd player in my computer makes funny noise. is there a overide or some other software i can use.thanks .

Yeah you can rip with an external ripper, deactivate internal ripping in the "DVD Rip" tab, then just browse for the ripped IFO file from the conversion screen. It is not recommended as external rippers have been known to cause problems.

From the sound of your post, though, I reckon your DVD rom drive is physically unable to read the disc and no amount of different software will stop that.

i tried smart ripper ,it crashed,then i used dvd decryotor and it worked.thanks!!
