Demux the vobs transcode the audio into MPEG-2 audio Remux the video and audio into TS The last step is of course the tricky part, and I don't think I've seen anything available on the open market that didn't cost in the order of USD 20'000 or more, usually because it's a complete solution with TS player/recorder at the same time. Both Rhode&Schwarz and Tectronics have solutions for this process.
