Have ripped with smart ripper and placed the m2v file in to dvdlab added audio and noticed that the time line was all to cock so using pulldown fixed the timeline so that all the chapters could be picked up, after hours of head scratching and forum reading i thought all my problems would be now solved, But on play back the AUDIO sync is way out the film in question was NTS< What am i doing wrong ?? other NTS films i have done this way are fine its only a certain few that arnt i have been at this problem now for over a week, is there a flaw with dvdlab as i have noticed 1 or 2 having sync probs but there mostley to do with svcd conversion. I am trying to create my own front end menu for these films can anyone please help ????

greatness is given to those who graft may be true but - its not manners to write in capitals - what do you think that will achieve ?

It sounds to me like you are starting with "broken" m2v files from a DVD. If you start from scratch and keep the VOBs intact you stand a better chance of keeping the time signature.

What has been known to work is to run the M2V files through Tmpegs Cut / Join feature leving the full length of course. That writes a new file with a correct time signature.
