Creating a DVD on a CD

Do any of you people think is possible to create a UDF CD and put a VIDEO_TS folder on it, with of course, everything else as if its a real DVD

Why am I saying that?.... because I have a small 15 minutes movie (200 Mb MPG2 DVD Compiant) and I which NOT to use one expensive DVD, but a cheap CD

Yes, I know there's this VCD, SVCD thing which can play the movie, but I want it to be a DVD compliant CD....

You can do ir, it is called miniDVD. Your main problem will be that not a lot of standalones will play it. Players usually identify the medium type first & if it is cd(r/w), they won't even consider looking fir dvd content.
