What is the fastest command-line appropach get audio muxed into a final avi?
Avs2Avi seems to process video only.

Audio is not supported in avs2avi.

So whats the best way to mux the uncompressed audio from a source avi into a divx avi?

Encode the audio with Besweet and mux it into the avi with vdub/vdubmod.

Wilbert, i appreciate you efforts here in the forum very much. Unfortunately english is not my mother tongue so my question was not so clear. I will try again and i hope you won't give up.

mjpeg avi, uncompressed audio -> avisynth -> ? -> deinterlaced divx avi, uncompressed audio
Only on Windows command-line with no user interaction required after setted up properly.
