Sorry about my English.
Is the deinterlace is so critical?
Witch deinterlace filter for vdub you recommand?

How to make (with adobe premiere or another editing tool)
a tv show look, because the colors & grain on dv cam don't looks like on tv show...

You did not say what your target format is. If it's a DVD, then deinterlacing is not recommended - better encode interlaced. But this topic has been discussed many times, so you'll find a lot of information through the search function.

There are many filters available for VirtualDub, and for AviSynth, too, which would be an alternative. You can play with color correction, and I recall that there are also filters available to add grain. Just search a little on the forums, and you'll find a bunch of hints.
