I'm looking for a 1 on 1 using IP address webcam chat. I had no luck in finding one. Any ideas?

Yahoo is decent, its not 1 to 1 IP but its 1 to 1 screename.

ICUII (http://www.icuii.com) is good, but again, its 1 to 1 handle, not IP.

ISPQ (http://www.ispq.com/) is good too, and it has an option to 'Call by IP'.
