Hi,
I was trying to backup lion king 1 pal with the big3, but the menu is 650mb large.
In a nfo from another backup someone made of Lion King, i noticed that they had stripped the menu partially.
So i started numenu to strip it, but it only contains english.
On the site of numenu i noticed the following :
NB: Some discs have different language menus that are auto selected by the DVD player. For example in Germany your DVD player will preselect the German Menu. You are unable to access the alternate languages (English and French). On the other hand you may have a disc whereby YOU select the preferred language (usually the first menu shown). This type of disc has only one language unit (the language chosen determines which VOB id's to use) therefore NuMenu4U will only show one language available (commonly English). This is not a fault and there is no way to determine which languages belong to which VOB Cells. In the former example each language uses a different PGC, therefore each language can be shown.
My question is, how can i reduce the size of the menu properly?
any info would be welcome.
