2 DVD's on 1 DVD-r

I have 2 very small DVD's (less than 2GB) that I want to place on one DVD-r. I want to do this two ways.

1. Movie only
2. Entire disks



What program do you recommend?

I would use DVD lab or Scenarist if you want to have menus and all, if not, just use DVDShrink authoring function (and set compression to 0%, you won't need it anyways)
