Hi all,

i've got a DVD from which an audio track has been removed. NOw i'd like to put it back in it :)
In this DVD, there are menus, which allow me to choose this audio track: as it is now, if i choose the removed track, i've got a blank track (waow, sounds logical :)), so i my own opinion, i think it wouldn't be too hard to associate this menu to the track i'd like to put back...

Maybe someone can guide me, and tell me which soft i should use to do that job ? (inserting the track, then associate the menu back again to it)

I hope it's clear enough :)

Thanks !

well, in my opinion, you have to do a dirty job, cause it needs to be rebuilt. first extract all video & sound tracks, menus and subtitles. use dvdmaestro to put them together and don't forget to add the 'lost audio track'. it is very hard but results are perfect. have a look to kazaa or emule and you will find both dvdmaestro and user's guide. good luck!

Youīre probably violating the rules of this forum (I guess #6, but Iīm not sure). So be very carefull next time...

bkill:

There is no need for doing the whole process. You can use Ifoedit to add/change audio stream in your compilation. There are threads that can help you:

Greetings!

How can you tell me about rule #6 when doom9.org is teaching everybody to rip DVD,demux,copy,...? I know this forum must have certain post rules to run and I respect them, but what about hypocrisy? It's sure that 100 per cent of users in this forum have listened the words kazaa and emule, and we all have ripped software installed on our computers,a major part of users of dvdmaestro have not buyed it.Anyway, coona,if you have never used or copied software,cd's,dvd's,or downloaded music, video, audio from kazaa, emule and others then I respect your critics. In other case,I can't do it.

There was really no need for such an attack, was it?

Coona, as a senior member in this forum, reminded u of the forum rules, for u not to cross them. Maybe he was a bit jumping to conclusions too, but not as u did in your reply.

As far as the board is concerned all its members r legitimate owners of the programs they r talking about and is taking a lot of our precious time to track down and isolate all the others that r talking about warez of everything. U can find a lot of closed threads to witness this and I can assure you that there is a lot more suspended or even banned members for breaking the rules, especially when we r talking about r6-warez violation.

So I would recommend to take a step back, evaluate what u both have written and adopt a more flexible attitude towards things. Most important of all, avoid jumping into conclusions. Give the other guy the benefit of the doubt.

I didnīt want to start an argument ;). We can talk freely about warez, crakcs, etc. but only result will be closed thread or maybe the whole forum. I didnīt want to moralize! I wanted to protect this forum against hollywood lawyers. It is not good idea to give them any pretence to make it easier to defend our customer rights ;).

I didnīt mean it personally. If it displeased you than sorry for that.
