I call it a bug just because it overwrote some files just now because I didn't realize it would do this.
If you add multiple drags into the azid batch gui, it seems to save them automatically to wherever you specified in the main window azid output folder, not in their source folder. It also doesn't seem possible to simply clear these fields from inside the gui. While doing eps from a multi-disc set I purchased, I was simply using '01', '02', etc per folder per disc for episode naming while encoding. When I went to disc 2, and dragged the '01.ac3 02.ac3 etc..' into the gui (after clearing it), and I hit 'Azid', it began overwriting the files in the disc 1 folder. I had to go back into the main window, specify output to disc 2 folder, and then restart (after of course retranscoding my disc 1 files which were overwritten).
