how to safely take off dvd labels??

I was wondering if anybody knows of a good way to take out labels off a dvd without damaging it... thanks

Unlike cd blanks, the dye layer of dvd recordables is encased between two layers of PC ... you shouldn't have any problems pulling a label off.

cool, good to know... what I did was I soaked it in warm water and used a razor blade to get it off... it works so far
