Burn duration at 4x

I just burned a Data DVD (UDF format) at 4X on a Pioneer 106D in a USB2.0 enclosure. Took 37.5 minutes. Is this the correct duration for a burn? I thought 4X burns were supposed to take about half that time.

Hmmm, a reboot seems to have resolved the problem. Nevermind.
