With BatchCCE, I've been getting the same file size when I change the average bitrate from 2090, 2200, 2298... Those are the bitrates that have either all the extras on the DVD, or they have been removed. I don't know why, but the size is always bigger than 4.3, and that is the video only. I don't know why though. I'm trying it with DoCCE4U instead of using Batch this time. We will see how big the file becomes.
It also seems impossible for me to use CCE 2.67.13 because it will crash the computer. I tried it with both Batch and DoCCE, so I have to revert back to CCE SP 2.50 Could it be possible that having both installed wont work correctly?

you starting over from scratch or just re-encoding?
If just re-encoding make sure you delete the VAF files or you will get the same......
Not sure what you refering to by "bigger then 4.3"
I'd try 2.66 but 2.5 should work just as well

Sorry about that. I meant bigger than 4.3 Gigs. Delete the VAF? It's kinda starting from scratch, but I'll try deleting that first. What does it do anyways?

VAF is the file that CCE stores information about the M2V into.. if you cahnge bitrate or anything you need to delete that or it'll be using previous information

I don't think you should delete your VAF file if you just want to change your bitrate.
In the vaf file a lot of info is stored, which will enable you to do a multipass run.
For example if you follow the 'old' getting the best out of cce guide, you'll do a initial first run. During this run a vaf file will be created. After this first run you'll do the second run with multipass VBR. It's not possible to do this multipass run without a VAF file.
To me it seems that somehow the bitrate info is not passed on to CCE. How did you change this bitrate?

Well, in DoCCE or BatchCCE, double clicking on the job on the right allowed me to access and do any reconfigurations. Then I would just do the job again. This would probably have overwritten the VAF file because it just did the RoBa First and Second again.
But it I have yet to finish it using DoCCE and CCE 2.50. It's still workin on it. If it works, and the size is right, then I have probably solved my problem. Which also means that there might be a problem with BatchCCE. Who knows... It worked alright the first time, but with the upgrade to using BatchCCE.. problems occured. I hope this fixes everything.
Oh, and CCE 2.67.13 continues to crash.

I still use 2.50 of cce. No need to upgrade for me.
To test if the problem lies within Batchcce you can also open your avs script in CCE manually ofcourse with all the same settings and see if it's encoded correctly.
