Hi,

Since the announce in this thread

http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?threadid=61276

that there's a MPC directshow filter working for SV7 streams, i wanted to know if there's any chance/way to mux mpc strema in matroska. The filter works fine in dshow based players like media player classic, but there's no way to mux a mpc stream with virtualdubmod or mkvmerge. Hope that will be possible soon :)

I know matroska team want to wait to sv8 to be release to support mpc in matroska, but will this hit the light one day? :p

No you can't mux mpc to any container at the moment.

It's not really them who wants to wait for SV8 ... from what I've heard the MPC project maintainer wants it that way

Also, our filter is a combined Source/Splitter/Decoder and needs to be splitted in order to work with MKV/OGM/MCF/???
