Need Help with a Script

Does anyone have a script that will do the following? I want to separate the fields [SEPARATEFIELDS()], display the first field, then SHIFT UP ONE LINE the second field, then display that field.

I want to do this to help me identify whether a video is TFF or BFF, and the "jitter" of the second field from the line offsets is making it difficult to determine which is the proper field order. I have a DVD that is 65% film that can't be "force filmed" and has to be manually IVTC'ed. This film also is changing the field order from cell to cell. DECOMB5.0 is having difficulty in deinterlacing this flick (which means that I am).

To better explain what I need, here is a sequence of displayed fields:

FRAME1, FIRST FIELD
FRAME1, SECOND FIELD shifted up one line.
FRAME2, FIRST FIELD
FRAME2, SECOND FIELD shifted up one line.
FRAME3, FIRST FIELD
FRAME3, SECOND FIELD shifted up one line.
.
.
.
etc, etc, etc.

You could use Decomb 410b4 (http://neuron2.net/decomb/decomb410b4.zip) which doesn't require that you set the field order.
