Jason Goes to hell

I have the DVD Jason goes to Hell. It has 2 versions of the movie on the DVD.

Has anyone seen this DVD and ripped it. If so please tell me how you did it..

I used DVD2SVCD internal rip
Vstrip
Smart Ripper
and DVD Decrypter

The 1st 3 programs did not rip the dvd at all.

DVD Decrypter ripped it and after DVD2SVCD did it thing the video had no sound, OR sound was off. And the video has pixels scatter around.
I did all the steps 4x ..
6 days of fighting with this.. now I as you help..

I have a HP 2.2GHz
256k ram
2 60 gig HDs
Phillips DVD Rom/CDRW

I've never done this movie. It sure looks like a tough one. In what mode did u rip the DVD by using DVDDecrypter? It's never failed on me so far.

Err... How about give DVDShrink a try? It's very easy to use.

It sounds like DVD Decrypter did its job so the problem lies with something dvd2svcd is doing?

Can you rip the entire disc to the hdd and play it of from there using the 'play dvd from folder' option in WinDVD?
That would confirm it has ripped ok.

DVD Decryptor did rip the whole dvd to hard drive. I played it ,It looks fine.. No Pixles, sound in sync! :D

Now your reccomendations for me to get SVCD out of this..(Darn I wish I had a DVD RW drive

All I have used in the past to do this from rip to finish is DVD2SVCD:D..

Sorry, I dont do conversions ;)

Check the guides, perhaps Doom9 offers an alternative method to the the DVD2SVCD one.
