When analizing initially in DVD Shrink 2.3 and when encoding in 3 Beta5 I get an error message that reads:

DVD Shrink Encountered an error and cannot continue this operation.

CDvdCSS::Read Failed!

The reason is: Data error (cyclic redundancy check)

What does that mean exactly and how can I work around it?

PS. Movie is Monty Python: Life of Brian and it says that it is NOT ENCRYPTED

Thank you Thank you Thank you

First of all, why is this post in the General discussion forum? Ideally, it should be the "One click DVD backup solutions" forum as it has DVDShrink in the forum description. But, it can also be in the "newbies" forum.

Please try to remember and obey forum rule #1 and the rest of the other rules just in case. ;)

I posted here because I know there's high traffic, and I'm kinda in a hurry. I also think that when normal people go out of their way to point out forum violations and don't answer with anything useful, that person has absolutely no life and is really just a pain.
There's no one applauding you or patting you on the back.
Plus, I could argue that DVDShrink should not be in one click backup, because it's a little more complicated then that.

I guess what I'm trying to say is thanks for absolutely nothing.

Me too, I want to go to bed. But instead I'm replying to stupid messages from someone.

that person has absolutely no life
Yeah well, if I have to read the stuff of you I have even less life.

You are new to this forum, and you think you can speak for everybody?
