Pitch Black

Im just put pitch black in my drive and under the title set that the extras and the movie are in it says the aspect ratio but then it says (FILM).

i.e. 16~9/PAL (FILM) .... Aint seen that before .. does it mean anything special.

Also the VIDEO_TS.VOB is about 500mb, and when watching just the video_ts.vob its some video of something, but i cant find that video when playing the dvd ... anyone know what it is ?

Honestly, I'm not sure what FILM means. But I do know that there is a flag for FILM, which is rarely seen in PAL titles, and since I knew it existed, I made sure my app would at least display that attribute for you. No idea what to do with the knowledge though! Always wondered about that one myself!

Anyone know why i have a video_ts.vob that is 500mb, that has video footage that i dont remember seeing on the dvd ...

if it's in the VIDEO_TS file you wno't see it IN the movie...

perhaps extras or perhaps PC content... I've seen that before.

a few movies do that with "previews" before the movie too
