Which one is the fastest?

all transcoders are roughly the same speed wise (notice..I said roughly). dvdshrink 3.0beta5 has feature to analyze each and every frame which takes about 20-25mins longer but results in better transcoding quality. IC8 has a new lower quality option but usually it's much longer than any other transcoder. CCE encoding takes the longest.

Other factors to consider is CPU speed and having another physical drive.

I dunno about other people's experiences, but man.. InstantCopy 8 took waaayyy longer at transcoding than CloneDVD. IC8 took a couple hours, CloneDVD took about an hour or so.
