authoring subtitles with ifoedit,why does it crash?

I use ifoedit v0.95.when authoring a dvd if I include subtitles (.sup files),at 46% of the multiplexing process it stops with the following message: too many frame drops!why is this?is there any solution!

NEVER had this problem - how are you getting your sup file?
