I/O error 103 during internal rip

Hi,

I have tried this on two seperate verions of DVD2SVCD(1.1.3 b2 and 1.2.1 b2) without luck.

I have a 9min DVD that was converted out of 8mm family movies by a Conversion company. Now I am trying to do a backup to SVCD.

During the Ripping of the VOB file, I get the following error:

"I/O error 103 The operation completed successfully"

and the process stops.

What is this I/O error 103...
How do I fix this.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Take a look at this solution (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=45868&highlight=error+103/) offered by mrbass. His take on this was that the problem concerned empty frames. HTH

Thanks to the pointer to the link. I read thru the thread and using Vstrip instead of Internal rip worked for me.
