I am using DVD2DVD 1.2.1 Build2 and CCD 2.50. I've done a lot of searching on the forum for CCE templates that are optimized for DVD output. I've seen many comments but most seem related to outputting to SVCD, not DVD. I'm assuming the template values are different.
Ddogg has been generous in helping me out but there are still discrepencies between the standard CCE template and what DVD2DVD sets as defaults. For example, DVD2DVD sets intra DC precision to auto but the standard CCE template has it OFF; GOPs setting are different.
Which value to use?
What the heck is a DAR? It seems related to SAR. Is this some new form of SARs? :-)
Is there a set of generally accepted CCE template values (DVD optimized) publsihed?
