My project ended up 6 megas too big

What would be the easiest way to take 6 megas off?
I don't want to cut the intros.
Some warnings I could take.
How about deleting a few subtitles?
I wouldn't like to re-encode though... :(

Use IFOEdit to strip out the warnings, you'll not miss them. Hopefully that will free up 6MB's. If not, then you could just load the IFO for one of the extra's into DVD Shrink and process it with just a couple % of compression. You'll never notice the difference. Then copy over the newly created vob over your orginal one (rename it of course) and then Ifoupdate it.
