Nero Resolution

I use mainconcetp mpeg encoder to enlarge the resolution size to 930x480 to make the movies look better(in other word,the little block swarming around is almost gone),then i use nero express(which i only have rite now)to burn them,but the problem is that the nero resolution for (s)vcd is 560x480(i think) and i can't enlarge them.so is there anyway software,program,burning software that let me enlarg the resolution that i want and burn the rite resolution(930x480) so i can be happy..lol...i'm very mad so please help me out..thanks a lot

never mind,i found a way already.man to tell u people the truth,i went berserk to find out how to get a quality that i wanted and to get that i need a tools.All i need was a tools..lol..geez.well if i run into problem i'm sure this place will help me out and the programer here help me out a lots.the search engine here is my friends(hint for teh newbies).late all.
