Converting RM to Anything??

What is the best program to convert .rm files to something you can actually use? (prefferably to MPEG)

If you say RM Converter, what is the codec to use w/that, because I always loose sound synchronization with the codec's I have?

Personally, I haven't used it, but I've heard people say it works.
