Using DVD Maestro ( noob )

I'm kinda newb but I reached the " Finnaly Authoring " part in the " DVD-9 to DVD-5 "Full Copy" Instructions " tutorial.
Appearently no one wanna reply in newbie section so I'm trying this one.

It says " change the default “4:3” setting in Maestro to “16:9 PS/LB” " but I don't find where to change this.

In the bottom of the movie window,where you placed you video and audio,click on 4:3 and change.

Yeah, I understood now, the problem was that I couldn't load the .m2v at all, there was an error in it I probably encoded it bad with CCE I will retry, thx.
