Menu highlight: color & opacity

I've got a question about highlight colors in menus

In recreating menus in Scenarist I'm trying to find the exact color & opacity of the original Display Color/Selection Color/Action Color of the highlight
Or maybe you could point me to a nice guide for recreating menus and finding out all the info about the original menu.

I would also like to know if that is possible. I've created a lot of menus in scenarist, but i usually use my own colors or just play with the settings until they look close to the original. As far a creating menus in scenarist there are guides in the forum, do a search on making menus.
